Happy 010110!

Filed under: Life — Tags: — od @ 11:14 pm

Another hour before 2009 leaves us behind. Like any other year, I’ll be standing next to the window to watch fireworks from afar.

The most common question every year, what is your new year resolution?

Hmm.. let’s see..

None. I’ve never really had one, I think. I found that if you have a goal, you might not reach it. But if you don’t have one, then you are never disappointed. I gotta tell you, it feels phenomenal.

End of the year 2008, a friend asked me what my new year resolutions are, and I answered jokingly that I already have resolutions set for the next 3 years to come:

2009 – get a boyfriend.
2010 – get married.
2011 – get a baby.

Surprisingly, I achieved my made-up 2009 resolution.. ahem.. lol. So yeah, let’s see if am really gonna get wed this 2010 😛 .

Till then, happy new year, everyone.

  1. Damn it. Not a single firework in sight! Hmmmpphhhhh.

  2. Happy New Year od!!

I used to have those sorts of resolutions and I found them a bit unrealistic. Just let things happen.

      • Aren’t you supposed to be busy at work at this hour, Corey? <_<

    • Absolutely Corey!! Hope you were holidays were fun and the kids behaved themselves!

      • Apparently, they did, as they’re still alive. 😉 I saw you walking on Alison Blvd today. I waved, but you were oblivious to my presence. Perhaps I should have beeped the horn.

  4. Oh man!!! You should have stopped the car and said hi Corey!! haha I was going to pick up my Apple Laptop from Terra Consulting because the optical cdrom was flaking out big time and I was grateful that the cost was free to me since it is still covered under my mothers Apple Protection Plan.

I actually thought of you Corey because I knew I was in your neighbourhood work wise but they were selfish thoughts! hehe I was thinking…if only Corey could have given me a drive! I could have waited for Al but I wanted my computer back!

I am glad the kids behaved themselves over the holidays. Did they ever realize how perilious they were to death? 😛

    • Another case of oblivion, I believe. I don’t think that they had a clue about it. lol. Unfortunately, all I would have been able to say was, “hi”, as I was running it pretty close at getting to work on time.
